As we deliver intangible digital solutions (such as personalized content amplification and audience-based analytics), no physical products are dispatched or returned.
Order Termination (Prior to Service Commencement)
You may terminate your order before it is initiated or activated and receive a complete reimbursement. To terminate your order:
- Reach out to us via live support, email, or postal correspondence
- Supply your account email address for verification
- If the solution has not yet commenced, we will process a complete reimbursement to your original payment method
24-Hour Trial Access
We offer a 24-hour trial access to evaluate the platform without obligation. If you are not satisfied, you may terminate your membership within this timeframe at no charge.
To terminate during the trial:
- Utilize your FANSHAKE control panel
- Or reach out to us by email or live support within 24 hours
No fees will be applied and your membership will not continue.
14-Day Reimbursement Assurance
You may request a reimbursement within 14 days of purchase if the following criteria apply:
✅ Qualifying reimbursement reasons include:
- The solution was not provided as outlined
- Your reimbursement request is filed within 14 days
- Implementation was incomplete or has not commenced
- You are still within a trial access period (if applicable)
❌ Reimbursements are not available if:
- More than 14 days have elapsed since your purchase
- Solution has already been completely implemented
- No legitimate concern was reported during the permitted timeframe
